WP Table Manager is a WP Plugin that adds dynamic functionality into a simple table.   

Content editors should use the WP Table Manager tool in the dashboard sidebar.   Once a table is created there, then in Elementor when editing a page, look for the ‘WP Table Manager” component and drag it to your page.
